Here’s how the calendars work:
- Events you add to your PTA website calendar are automatically shared with the main PTAC website, which shows all PTA events across all schools.
- The school district has its own separate calendar system. PTA events don’t automatically show up there.
- School district calendar events CAN be displayed on your PTA website, but it’s a one-way connection — PTA events can’t go the other direction automatically.
- If you want your event on the school district calendar, you need to enter it there separately.
